Powers of Attorney

Our Wills Trusts and Probate Team deals with all aspects of arranging lasting power of attorney (LPA).

Powers of Attorney

An LPA(s) should provide you with the peace of mind that should you lose mental capacity, your affairs – financial and wellbeing – will be managed in a way that is in keeping with your wishes; a Property and Affairs LPA is appointed to pay bills on behalf of donors, manage property or claim benefits or allowances. A welfare LPA is empowered to make decisions about the health and welfare of donor, such as whether the donor wishes to receive life-saving treatment.

Our work includes the drafting of the LPA forms, all advice and  registration with the Court.
