Prince Evans' Finance Partner and Head of the Dispute Resolution Teams. Robert has a strong reputation for the conduct of all types of commercial disputes before the Courts and in arbitration. He has considerable experience in complicated contentious property work including, real property, housing management, Judicial Review etc.
Robert's expertise extends to all types of contentious and non-contentious construction work, particularly with the JCT forms of build contracts and partnering agreements.
Robert provides employment advice including, the drafting and negotiation of employer/employee documentation, the transfer of undertakings and conducts matters before the Employment Tribunal such as, sex/race/redundancy/disability discrimination.
