Bryan Neill

Heads both Prince Evans’ Catastrophic and Personal Injury Departments. Bryan is widely regarded as one of the UK’s leading personal injury practitioners, and is listed as a “Leading Individual” in the independent guide to the legal profession “Chambers and Partners”.

Bryan specialises in cases involving major catastrophic injury/disability, notably spinal and brain damage, and has obtained UK record damages for clients on several occasions.

He helped pioneer the concept of structured settlements and has focused on post-receipt fund protection and planning for clients, and is co-author of “Structured Settlements – A Practical Guide”.

Bryan is a member of FOCIS, formerly known as the Richard Grand Society (an organisation consisting of the UK’s leading Claimant injury lawyers), the International Spinal Cord Society, the Spinal Injuries Association and brain injury charity Headway.

He is also a member if the Association of Personal injury Lawyers and Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel.

Bryan is an accredited mediator, developing a growing practice in this area. He is a firm believer in the opportunities and advantages of speed, cost-savings, flexibility and alternative solutions offered by mediation over the traditional judicial process. He offers either an evaluative or a facilitative mediation service, as appropriate for the situation and the parties to the dispute.
