We cover IVA’s (individual voluntary arrangement) and personal bankruptcy together with CVA’s (company voluntary arrangement), company administration and liquidation. Our Dispute Resolution Team has experience in Court action involving personal and company insolvency matters.

Commercial Work

By reason of our diverse client-base, we have significant experience in advising on, drafting and negotiating a host of business terms and conditions and commercial contracts. These include agency and distribution agreements and supply contracts. Advice on EC Competition law and international carriage of goods by road, rail, sea and air is available.

IT and software

Our expertise further extends to issues arising out of the provision of information technology (IT). We act for software and hardware distributors and IT development and maintenance contractors.
