Since the beginnings of Affordable Home Ownership, our Practice has had a history in the development and growth of shared ownership. Prince Evans was a member of the Joseph Roundtree Taskforce which considered the future of Affordable Home Ownership in its report entitled "Swamps and Alligators" and was at the forefront of the development of the legal framework for mixed and subsequently, flexible tenure.
