Examples of the type of work recently undertaken, include:
- drafting/negotiating of documentation from the borrower Registered Social Landlord’s viewpoint in respect of a loan in excess of £150M
- conduct of the sale of a bank’s loan portfolio to another financial institution (in excess of £50m)
- Large scale security based transactions are undertaken, such as the charging of a large numbers of properties from which to drawdown funding (circa £1m to £2m per drawdown)
