Corporate Advice

Specialist tax planning advice is available, from individual entrepreneurs to large companies, to include, tax efficient options and ownership, off-shore and cross-border tax implications.

Intellectual Property protection and maintenance is also covered. We are able to assist with copyright, patents, trade marks and branding and confidentiality in the widest sense.

We provide both individual and corporate insolvency advise, working closely with insolvency practitioners, in relation to IVA’s and personal bankruptcy together with CVA’s, company administration and liquidation. All non-contentious Court work is handled for personal and company insolvency matters.

Prince Evans is at the forefront of Registered Social Landlord governance, constitutional and group structure advice, being well versed in the law governing Charities, Industrial and Provident Societies, Housing Co-operatives and ALMOs. We have advised Registered Social Landlord Boards and/or Shadow Boards of new entities, on some of the largest mergers and re-structuring projects in the Sector.

Our Practice is able to assist on all regulatory and policy issues which Registered Social Landlords face and serious fraud, whether by employee or sub-contractor.

Commercial Work

By reason of our diverse client-base, Prince Evans has significant experience in advising on and drafting/negotiating a host of business terms and conditions and commercial contracts including, agency and distribution agreements and supply contracts. Advice on EC Competition law and international carriage of goods by road, rail, sea and air is available.

Our expertise further extends to issues arising out of the provision of Information Technology. We act for software and hardware distributors and IT development and maintenance contractors. We also advise a wide range of IT supply and responsive maintenance contracts from the customer-client perspective, as well as internal policies and control, such as the use of the internet.
